Actress Lovi Poe continues to enjoy a warm reception from the GMA Network, despite her transition to ABS-CBN in September 2021.
Recently, she made a guest appearance on ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’ to promote her upcoming film ‘Guilty Pleasure,’ which she co-produced through her company, C’est Lovi Productions, in partnership with Regal Entertainment, Inc.
On the same day, Lovi was featured on ‘It’s Showtime,’ airing on GMA Network and GTV. Roselle Monteverde, a representative from Regal Entertainment, confirmed that there were no challenges in securing guest appearances for Lovi on GMA Network shows. The network has expressed support for her new film, which is set to hit theaters on October 16.
Significantly, several GMA Network executives, including Lilybeth Rasonable, Senior Vice President for the Entertainment Group, attended Lovi’s guesting on Boy Abunda’s show. Rasonable, known to have a close relationship with Lovi during her tenure at GMA, shared a heartfelt moment on social media, posting pictures from their reunion with the caption “Sweet reunion” accompanied by a heart emoji.
Lovi’s departure from GMA Network was amicable, with her management team ensuring a smooth transition to ABS-CBN. This positive relationship allows her to continue promoting her projects, demonstrating that she left the network on good terms.
