MANILA–Brent Paraiso will now play for Terrafirma for the upcoming PBA Governors’ Cup as he was shipped there in an approved trade with NorthPort on Wednesday.

The Batang Pier would acquire the Dyip’s second-round pick for the 2026 PBA Draft.

Paraiso, a third-round pick in last year’s draft selected by NorthPort ahead of the more heralded Letran teammate Fran Yu, proved his worth last season, becoming the team’s starting point guard in some games.

Now, Paraiso looks to bolster Terrafirma’s guard rotation already stacked up with the likes of Stanley Pringle and Mark Nonoy.

Meanwhile, the Batang Pier freed up some roster room to welcome possibly the new main men in their point guard rotation, Jio Jalalon and Evan Nelle.
