Bioessence, a leading beauty and wellness clinic in the Philippines, marked its 30th anniversary with a grand celebration on September 26, 2024, at The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan in Quezon City.
The highlight of the event was the official announcement of actress Jennica Garcia as the brand’s newest ambassador.
Jennica, who has had a long-standing relationship with Bioessence, expressed her gratitude for being chosen as the face of the brand once again. “Nagsimula ako dito 17 ako. I’m turning 35 already andito pa rin, thank you. Thank you so much,” she said during the celebration.
Bioessence CEO Joseph Alexander Feliciano praised Jennica for perfectly embodying the clinic’s values of beauty and wellness, emphasizing how her alignment with the brand makes her the ideal representative. Jennica follows in the footsteps of her mother, Jean Garcia, who was also a Bioessence endorser.
During the event, Jennica shared her personal skincare tips, stressing the importance of sleep and hydration. “Sleep and water [are] very important,” she said, adding that after turning 30, the effects of inadequate sleep became more noticeable on her skin. She also underscored the importance of maintaining a healthy and happy disposition for overall wellness. “We need to choose our battles in life and let go of things that weigh us down because it reflects on our faces.”
The event was a glamorous affair, featuring performances by the Philippines’ Bossa Nova queen Sitti, crooner Richard Poon, and other artists, adding to the night’s excitement. Guests enjoyed a night of entertainment, networking, and a retrospective on Bioessence’s journey over the past three decades. Founded in 1994, the brand has grown from a small beauty clinic into a nationwide wellness chain with multiple branches across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
The celebration also highlighted Bioessence’s continued commitment to innovation with the introduction of new products and services in partnership with Korean skincare brand OxygenCeuticals. With its “Caring Beyond Beauty” philosophy, Bioessence reaffirmed its dedication to providing world-class beauty and wellness treatments.
