Comedy Queen Aiai Delas Alas publicly expressed her support for Angelica Yulo, the mother of two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo, as the Yulo family remains embroiled in a public feud.
Aiai shared her intent to support Mrs. Yulo’s live selling venture after missing her most recent session.
In a Facebook post, Aiai lamented that she was informed too late about Mrs. Yulo’s live selling, where she offered clothes and beauty products to her followers. The comedian vowed to buy products during the next sale.
“Nakita ko sila may nag-send sakin sa messenger. Kailan kaya ulit live selling nila? Bibili ako, support ako sa live selling nila,” Aiai wrote, showcasing her eagerness to support Mrs. Yulo.
Aiai further declared her loyalty to “Team Nanay,” a faction supporting Angelica Yulo amid the tensions between her and her son Carlos. The comedian previously expressed disappointment toward Carlos’ girlfriend, Chloe San Jose, who has been blamed by some for causing the rift between Carlos and his family.
“Ate girl, dapat pag ‘di ka kasama sa interview, dito ka nalang sa side by side ng darling mo. Kasi siyempre Olympian ‘yan, siya yung iniinterview. Dapat ‘di ka na sumasali kahit kaunti dun sa eksena,” Aiai commented in an earlier statement, referring to Chloe’s presence during Carlos’ interviews.
As of now, Angelica Yulo has yet to publicly respond to Aiai’s gesture of support.
