Comedy Concert Queen Aiai Delas Alas, who has been in showbiz for nearly four decades, continues to stay active on television, despite living in the United States.

One of her notable projects is ‘The Clash 2024,’ where she serves as a judge.

During a media conference for ‘The Clash 2024’ on Thursday, September 12, held at GMA Studio 7, Aiai shared her gratitude for still being part of the show. “Laban lang kasi hindi naman lahat binibigyan ng pagkakataong magkaroon ng project at saka magkaroon ng work. And we’re so blessed na lahat kami ay may work,” she said.

“At kahit alam nilang sa Amerika ako nakatira, binibigyan pa rin nila ako ng show, that’s why I really love GMA Kapuso,” she emphasized to  the question asked by LionhearTV.

Now in its sixth season, ‘The Clash’ has become particularly special to Aiai, who feels deeply connected to the program. “Parang baby talaga namin ‘to e. Kumbaga, unang una, original ‘to na GMA show na hindi franchise, and then ‘yung maraming twists. Iba, kumbaga, Filipino made kaya mahal na mahal namin ‘tong The Clash,” she explained.

Joining Aiai once again on the judging panel are original members Christian Bautista and Lani Misalucha. Meanwhile, Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz will return as Clash Masters for this season.

‘The Clash 2024’ will air every Saturday at 7:15 p.m. starting September 14 on GMA Network and will also be available for streaming via Kapuso Stream on YouTube and Facebook. Additionally, the show will be broadcast on GTV at 9:45 p.m.

Directed by Louie Ignacio, ‘The Clash’ continues to be a proudly original Filipino singing competition, showcasing the country’s top talents and capturing the hearts of both its audience and judges.
