‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’ just got even more exciting with the latest teaser revealing Barbie Imperial’s entry into the hit series, where she is set to star alongside Coco Martin.
The teaser, which dropped on Friday night, hints at intense upcoming episodes, including the introduction of Imperial’s intriguing new character, Diana.
In the teaser, fans get a glimpse of Diana making a dramatic entrance in a luxury car, immediately diving into a scene with Coco Martin’s character, Tanggol. Although details about Diana’s role remain under wraps, social media buzz suggests she could be a new friend or possibly a love interest for Tanggol, adding a fresh twist to the ongoing narrative.

This development follows other high-tension scenes in the series, particularly involving Camille, played by Yukii Takahashi. Camille’s attempts to stop the wedding of David (McCoy de Leon) and Katherine (Ara Davao) take a dark turn as David resorts to violence against the pregnant Camille, leaving viewers anxious about the fate of her character.
Barbie Imperial’s inclusion in the series has sparked excitement among fans, with many noting that her role as Diana is a departure from her previous characters, making her a perfect fit for the action-packed show. Some speculate that Diana’s appearance might be a lead-up to Imperial’s rumored role in ‘Incognito,’ an upcoming series starring Richard Gutierrez and Daniel Padilla.
Adding fuel to the fire, Ruffa Gutierrez, sister of Richard Gutierrez, liked Imperial’s Instagram post showcasing the teaser, further hinting at the actress’s expanding role in the action genre.
This isn’t Barbie Imperial’s first collaboration with Coco Martin. In 2020, she was part of the successful ‘FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,’ where she portrayed Lt. Villaluna, a member of Cardo Dalisay’s Task Force Aguila. Her return to the FPJ franchise in ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’ is highly anticipated, with viewers eager to see how Diana’s character will shape the evolving storyline.
