With tension and the level of action and drama reaching a new height in the country’s number one TV show, the series unsurprisingly hit a new all-time high in live concurrent viewership.

Coco Martin’s FPJ’s Batang Quiapo soared to  back-to-back live concurrent viewerships, on YouTube and Facebook, this week. After breaking its own record on Wednesday,  October 2, with a whopping 776,000 live concurrent viewers from YouTube and Facebook, combined, the Kapamilya action-drama soared to a new peak anew, hitting an incredible, jaw-dropping combined 803,100 viewers from the same platforms.

It’s not surprising that these record-breaking feats are happening this week. Since Monday, tension between warring factions, headed by Don Facundo, Ramon Montenegro, and Tanggol’s group, respectively, have been on each other throats. Tanggol’s group eventually got cornered by Don Facundo (Jaime Fabregas) who has been hellbent to exact revenge over the death of his grand son, Pablo (Elijah Canlas).

The episode notably saw Marcelo (Nonie Lazado), flipping sides, after learning that it was Pablo, who was largely responsible for her daughter, Bubbles’ (Ivana Alawi) death. Such flip, however, cost him his life, depriving him of any chance to avenge his daughter, whom he never introduced himself to.
