Dahil sa hirap ng kanilang kalagayan, naging motibasyon niya iyon para mangarap ng mas magandang buhay para sa kanilang pamilya.

Noong 2001, naaksidente ang kanyang ama habang nagsasaka.
Lalong humirap ang kanilang kalagayan dahil hindi siya makapagtrabaho nang maayos sa bukid.
Para makaraos, tinutulungan sila ng kanilang mga kakilala sa pang-araw-araw na pangangaiIangan.

AMADO PANES’S STRUGGLES AS A STUDENT
Nang mag-aral si Amado sa elementarya noong 2005, kinailangang maglakad siya ng ilang kilometro para pumasok sa school.
Maagang gumigising ang kanyang ina para ipaghanda silang magkakapatid ng baon.
Madalas na ang kanyang baon para sa tanghalian ay kanin na sinabawan lang ng toyo at mantika.
Kapag tag-ulan, para hindi mabasa ay binabalot niya ang sarili ng plastic na pinaglagyan ng abono dahil wala silang pambili ng payong.
