This man spread laughter online after receiving a brand-new television from Kapuso star Ruru Madrid but mentioned another action star when asked if he’s a fan of his show, Black Rider.

Ruru and his fellow Black Rider star Jon Lucas, recently aided in distributing relief goods for the victims of Typhoon Carina in San Mateo, Rizal through GMA Foundation’s Operation Bayanihan.

In an episode of Unang Hirit, the actors were seen personally leading the relief operations amid a cleanup following the devastation brought by the supertyphoon.

Aside from the goods, one resident was gifted a 50-inch television after his own TV was destroyed due to the flood.

“Kung bibili ng bagong TV, wala kaming budget,” shared the resident.

Ruru then presented the appliance saying, “Huwag kayong mag-alala, ‘tay nandito ang Unang Hirit.”

“Meron kang TV, makakapanood ka na ng Black Rider!,” said the lead star of the Kapuso action series.

Jon, meanwhile, asked the resident, “Nanonood ka raw ‘tay ng Black Rider palagi?”

“Mula noong nagsimula, ang pinapanood ko, ang hinahangaan ko…si Coco Martin,” the resident responded, prompting the actors to laugh.
