John Estrada and Priscilla Meirelles’ marriage appears to be going through another rough patch, after Meirelles dropped a cryptic remark about Estrada “looking very divorced” on Instagram, and the former beauty queen saying she “had enough.”

Estrada took to his Instagram page on Sunday, July 14, to share a glimpse of his vacation at the Henann Garden Resort in Boracay.

While the actor’s post initially seemed harmless, Meirelles intrigued netizens after she said “Looking very divorced Mr. Estrada” and name-dropped one Lily Hallman in the comments.

The former beauty queen also mentioned the woman’s name in response to someone asking whom the actor was with.

Estrada has since turned off the comments in his post, as of this writing.

‘I’ve had enough’

Following Meirelles’ cryptic comment, she seemingly addressed the cheating rumors hounding Estrada in a Facebook live video on Monday, July 15, when a netizen called the latter out in the comments.

“Ay, naku po. Gan’un talaga ang buhay. Eh wala naman eh. Gan’un talaga eh (Oh, dear. That’s life. That’s all. That’s how things are),” she said.

In a separate video, Meirelles replied to a netizen who asked if she’s together with Rigor, referring to Estrada’s character in the action drama “Batang Quiapo.”

“Wala kami ni Rigor sa Pilipinas. P’ano tayo? Anyways, joke lang, guys. Basta ang gusto kong sabihin is that konting respect lang, diba (Rigor and I are not in the Philippines. How will we do that? Anyways, just a joke, guys. What I want to say is have respect, right),” she said.

Without disclosing anything in particular, the former beauty queen went on to say that she had enough. “Certain things we need to respect are family, mga magulang, we need to respect mga asawa and anak. I’ve had enough, so ‘yun lang.”

“Maybe I’m in my time where I have to say I had enough. I have a voice… and I think when you do things, you need to be very careful about the consequences of things,” she continued. “We’re all grown-ups. Right? We’re all adults. (There are certain things we need to respect like family and parents. We need to respect married couples and children. I’ve had enough, that’s it. Maybe I’m in my time where I have to say I had enough. I have a voice and I think when you do things, you need to be very careful about the consequences of things. We’re all grown-ups. Right? We’re all adults.)”

Meirelles then stressed that she “won’t let anything pass,” while pointing out that she has a “limit.”

“Everything has a consequence. I won’t let anything pass from this point onwards. That’s who I am. I’m very patient. I’m a very kind person. But I have a limit. When I get to my limit, I’m sorry. I don’t think I’m the best person to find,” she said.

Estrada has yet to address Meirelles’ remarks, as of this writing.

The actor was previously hounded with cheating allegations after Meirelles made a cryptic remark about a woman who “entertains a married man” in March 2023.

The couple patched up their relationship months later, although the former beauty queen said in a May 2024 interview that she “had already done her part.”
